Notes:Forgot to measure my mile; I started the watch at 25:30 but forgot to click it off. My left calf was aching quite a bit for most of the run, due in part (I'm guessing) to the cold, the miles last week, and mostly to the old shoes that I should be retiring. Gonna use the foam roller tonight instead of going for a second run, I think. Almost got hit by a few cars that don't pay attention to pedestrians on the sidewalks or side of the road.
