There was a lot of construction. Basically, every road on my loop had po-po and construction workers limiting traffic, and in one spot they even blocked the sidewalk on a busy stretch which made it interesting getting past on foot. Dumbasses.
I felt pretty good. Coughed some, but not too much. Very windy. My measured mile I felt that I was going low/mid 7s and as I came up to the sign I was thinking 7:30, but it was a 6:46, which was kinda quicker than I thought I was going. I'll take it.
