Notes:Got to Pineland at 7:00, started running. Within 5 minutes I was feeling dizzy and out of sorts, and by 10 minutes in I was hallucinating. I ran back to my car, had gone just over a mile and a half total, and laid in the back for about 20 minutes (not quite). Got up, got back out for my run. I managed to get 5 miles in by 8:00 when I met up with Chuck, and we ran for an hour 45 together. I ran for another 30 minutes once he'd called it good so that I could get my 3 hours in, which netted me a little over 20 miles. Without the break early in the run I'd have had a little more.

I used some hornet juice before the run, but I didn't eat or drink anything until after once I'd started. Felt okay; legs were pretty tight and sore but I kept running easy. About 3 or 4 hours after the run my back was pretty tight, so I'll need to watch that.
