This morning's run was a lot of fun. It took 50 minutes to get there, but got about 4 hours of running in (3:42 if you ignore the stops) - we had a big crowd of varying abilities and stopped to regroup a lot. I managed to twist my left ankle pretty bad about 8 miles in, and on the second loop (just Chuck and I) I got the right ankle at mile 16 or so. Both ankles are very sore now. Chuck and I didn't do so good at finding the trail again, but made our way there eventually and we managed to get almost 23 miles in total.
Had a huge meatball sub for lunch once I got home and then napped all afternoon.
