| Notes: | Hills workout. I keep trying for that elusive 4*.25m@9:30 pace. Today I did 9:31, 9:30, 9:26, and then one-twentieth of a mile before the end of my final repeat (I was at a 9:26 pace when I did this), I just stopped. I didn't have it physically or mentally. I'm not even sure I could have continued with Brian on one side of the hill shouting insults and Stacy on the other shouting encouragement. I am, however, hopeful that I'll finally be able to achieve this next week. |
