Why do I run: I run now to stay in shape and because I like to run. It helps relieve the stress and its a good getaway! |
Why I started running: I started running so I would have an excuse to stop smoking. That was eleven years ago! When I was running I had quite a few shin problems because I am so flat footed. Took up cycling but have always wanted to start back running, so now I am finally going to give it a try again. |
