Why do I run:
1. I love how I feel when I finish a run
2. I get fat when I don't run (see 2011 mileage)
3. I want to keep up with my kids
4. I want to live longer than I am on pace for with bad habits |
Why I started running:
Because I love baked products, sugar, fat, anything bad for me. I really need to run more than I do.... |
