Notes:The Hill : Started between the two signs where the is a crack on the road and finished were the new pavement ended and where the Warneke mailbox is

WOW! I am glad I gave myself the daytime to recover, I started out a little roughed up but really started to hit the hill properly after a while.

My legs were drained starting out but really came into there own towards the middle. In the end I could really feel it, I mainly wanted to keep the pace going throughout the whole workout and not give up in the end.
