Notes:	Interesting run. I just couldn't get comfortable for the first 5 miles or so...then I felt really good, and hammered the last 2.5. Weird. I also listened to my iPod for the first 5 miles, then the battery died. Hmmm...maybe I don't like running with music. I'm not even sure why I decided to run with music, anyway. Apparently I had decided it would be nice to just go on a stroll with some tunes. Oh well. Lesson learned...for now. Gorgeous day though.
