Married father of two boys, 11 and 9. About 4 years left until retirement from the army. Hope to stay in Raleigh area, but that is not completely up to me. |
Why do I run:
I run for the exercise, the stress relief, the scenery, the camaraderie and the pure exhaustion of it. |
Why I started running:
I started running to lose some weight and get back into shape. I was running at lunch with some Navy classmates and started to enjoy it. I ran my first race in Ft. Walton Beach, FL in 1999 pushing my two boys in a stroller. I was hooked! |
