Why do I run: 
I run now to get/stay in shape, because it makes me feel good, and most importantly to be able to eat and drink what I want without worrying about my weight.
Why I started running: 
I started running in April 2007 when I stepped on the scale and topped 230. That depressed me into doing something about it!
