Why do I run:  Keeps me sane and training for the comrades. Why I started running:  I've always run but I'm taking it more seriously as I would like to complete the Comrades Ultra Marathon in 2008. I had aimed to finish it in 2007, but a serious ankle injury which required an operation, kept me out.
