I run customer service for SHOP.COM. I'm a big brother to a 16 year old and I'm married to a wonderful non-runner.
Why do I run: 
I run now because it clears my head. It gives me time to think, fresh air and a bit of Vitamin D. I run a lot of trails. I run easy. I run fast when I feel like it.
Why I started running: 
Been running since High School - Cross Country. I started because my best friend was running. I run now because it clears my head. It gives me time to think, fresh air and a bit of Vitamin D. I run a lot of trails. I run easy. I run fast when I feel like it. Long runs for me are 18 miles... I have a tendency to run a fair number of hills.
