About me:  Married for 10 years with two daughters. Living in a house of females, I'm always broke. Why do I run:  I now run because it is a chance to escape the drudgery of my day. I leave the work worries on the road and come back into the house a much happier person. Why I started running:  I started running on a dare in 2005. My brother, who is not a runner, said I couldn't run our hometown's 10k in less than an hour. I trained for it and finished in 59:58...close enough but I won the bet. Training for it got me into the habit and I've been running ever since..
