About me:  I am a High School Science teacher. And a self proclaimed nerd. Also I am somewhat of a purest when it comes to running Why do I run:  I have always enjoyed running. But I run now to do things in running that I know I can do if I work hard and focus on my goals. Why I started running:  I have been running on and off for as long as I can remember. Refocusing on my long term goals and start running, training for races of all lengths.
