About me:  Been running since 1976 as a sophomore in high school...going on 32 years consistently. Head xc and boys track coach at Bellevue West HS. Why do I run:  I enjoy competition and the satisfaction of accomplishing a goal at the conclusion of an arduous schedule of training. Why I started running:  Had a proclivity to endurance events as an elementary student. Not talented enough to make the basketball or football teams. Kind of a loner.
