Why do I run: 
Because I can feel an improvement and realize I can do it, something I never thought would happen.
Why I started running: 
Because it's so hard for me to do. Because I've already lost weight and am lighter than I have been in over 10 years, and now I need to ramp up my activity to keep improving. Because I admire people who can run.
