About me:  French by adoption (if somewhat less by adaptation) but with dual New Zealand / British nationality (thanks Mum and Dad). Why do I run:  It nicely balances my other interest which is cooking (and eating what I cook). Why I started running:  Because it got me outside and was cheaper than the gym. Until I discovered the shoes, that is.
