About me:  I'm a Red Seal baker with a degree in history and a trained cook to boot. I've got a beautiful daughter, a loving wife, and a stinky dog. I love a cool beer, a heavy loaf of bread, and any kind of music. Why do I run:  So the monsters won't get me. :) Why I started running:  To fight of a bout of severe depression. I've been running for 6 months now I can can't imagine life without it.
