About me:  Ex-Powerlifter turned endurance athlete. Father of 2. Drag racer, Triathlete ( if it involves a kayak for the water part ), Basically a Hi-Tech redneck. Why do I run:  I run because God allows me to, and what better way to release those endorphins? Why I started running:  I wanted the experience of pushing myself to my limits, and to quench my competitive fire with local races.
