About me:  I'm married, have two kids, girl 11 and boy 9. Love dogs - currently have two rescues; an Australian Shepard (15) and small unidentifiable mix (12 or 13). Also coexist with my daughter's cat Jack - actually he is a very cool cat. Why do I run:  Because I like to and I like the changes in my body. It's fun! Why I started running:  To get fit and lose weight - used to walk everywhere and then kids, job, life made that harder. I'm trying to change that.
