About me:  i work in sporting goods. have been running regularly since 2005. first marathon in 2005 Chicago. I NEED 23 MINS OFF MY PR TO BQ...ANY HELP OUT THERE??? Why do I run:  Serentity, Fitness, a bit of this and that, to get away and to get home... Why I started running:  My brother asked me to join in the Chicago Marathon 2005. I did, the rest is history
