About me:
I have a slight addiction to running right now and my wife is sick of hearing about it. :) The picture above was a 5K race I ran over in the Middle East while deployed. It was about 115 degrees out and 85% humidity. |
Why do I run:
Because I enjoy it (most of the time). |
Why I started running:
To lose weight and get in shape. Started out at 195 in Jan 08, down to 165 as of April, down to 160 as of Aug. |
