About me:  Happily married for 25 years. 2 great kids, one in high school and one starting college. Why do I run:  I'm a happier, healthier person when I run. Why I started running:  Ran track and cc in Junior High and High School and 1 year in college. I quit running and played adult soccer for 20 years, then severely injured a quad and couldn't sprint anymore. So after a 2 year recovery I returned to running. I love what running has done for my outlook on life.
