formerly a keen sprinter, with a lot of injuries i gave athletics the boot and got into the bad habits that life has.since then an on/off runner but finally starting to settle back into it and at longer distances. |
Why do I run:
i run because i can! also i find it helps to clear the rubbish life throws at you during the day. |
Why I started running:
i started running because i was good at it(as long as it was less than 400m). anything longer was like swearing at me!! |
