Why I started running:
I sit on my a*s all day in work and can't stand going to the gym so took up running a few years back. I am, what I'd call, an on and off runner (more swayed to the off though!!) but always seem to come back to running as I really love it!! I put my ipod shuffle on and away I go!! |
