Why do I run:  Because I like how I feel when I'm finished; like I got off my butt and accomplished something, even if it was only 3 miles. Why I started running:  I started running to lose some weight and because my total cholesterol was 277. With a family history of heart problems, I decided that I should do something before I keeled over.
