Why do I run:  I shocked myself by really enjoying it again (was a high school runner but didn't stay with it). Why I started running:  To get in better shape for my real passion -- horseback riding (you can't get fit enough to ride one horse by riding one horse). To improve overall fitness and stave off diabetes which is rampant in my family.
