About me:  I am driven to drop my weight, and improve my cardio health. My current RHR is 79, I'd like to get that down to 55 or 60. Currently I'm attempting to improve my base. Why do I run:  It gives me peace. Why I started running:  Health, well being. And a real need to stop my ever inlarging body fat ratio.
