I'm a soon-to-be graduate of the College of William and Mary, and I'll be heading to NYC to start graduate school at Columbia in the fall.
Why do I run: 
to stay fit. to prove myself wrong.
Why I started running: 
I became very physically active after my freshman year in college, and I started running on a whim. I dated a runner for a while last year, and he saw some promise in my abilities. He encouraged me to switch from elliptical training to running, and I am finally beginning that process now.
