Why do I run: I run because I actually like it (can't believe I actually wrote that). I look forward to my early morning runs when the family is still asleep and the roads are quite. There's nothing else that can get me up at 5:30 in the morning. |
Why I started running: In March of 2007, I made a decision - Get off the couch and get in gear. I was overweight and at risk for some very serious health issues based on family history. After the first few months of cross-training, I picked up running. Now, it's my favorite part of the week. |
