About me: I use to run and bike years and years ago, but life, work and stress got in the way of working out. Nov. 29, 2004 was the turning point to get back into shape. So far I'm down 30#s, and still headed toward my goal. Update: I injuried my ankle in April and I'm just now getting started again. A bit of a delay of my goals, but I'm going to get there somehow! :-) |
Why do I run: To see how far I can go and how much fun I can have. Plus to lose those last few pounds and stay fit. |
Why I started running: My fitness (and weight) has reached a level where I feel like I can take running back up again. I'm excited to see where I can go with this. |
