Cardiac bypass (4) surgery survivor from 2005, now running to improve and maintain my health. I also love doing genealogy work and learning odd and interesting things about family. |
Why do I run:
I run to improve my health and to let my mind wander in the outdoors. |
Why I started running:
Because walking got to be boring. |
