Why do I run: I love seeing hard work pay off. Of course, with running, you have to wait for months to see that improvement, but it's there. Running all the time is normal now and everything seems to get scheduled around it. |
Why I started running: In 2003, I started running with the 5th-6th grade "runner's club." I had a good time, and did my first 5k in 25 minutes or so. After that, I was hooked. Cross country the next two years was a little harder, with better results. High school CC is the same way. |
