About me: I'm just coming off of an injury so I'm pretty out of shape at the moment (I haven't been able to move much for the past 7 months or so). With the exception of my recent time off, I've been running for 3 or 4 years now. I've done quite a few 5K races and 2-1/2 Marathons. Someday, a ways down the road, I would like to run a full Marathon but I'm in no hurry:) Just enjoying the scenery for now...Not too shabby for a former thrower... |
Why do I run: Mostly I run because I like to eat:) I also like the challenge of it and the way I feel when I get done with a run. |
Why I started running: My former roommate (and now racing buddy) got me out and moving and I've been hooked ever since. |
