About me:  I am a public servant, love reading FANTASY novel and writings (poetry and such). Love exercise but the gene didn't transfer to my kids still trying to convince them. Love beach, beer and running. Why do I run:  I run for pleasure, do some weight training. All at home, I do work rotating shift, tough to organize a real stable schedule. I run the Ottawa ING 1/2 marathon for the last 6 years, did personal best this year 2007. Why I started running:  I always ran, so just kept going. Maybe I'm just a drinker with a running problem, hmm!
