About me:  Married for 26 years, and we have a terrific 15-year old daughter. We also have two dogs, Tazzie and Ladybug, who are my running buddies. Why do I run:  I don't wanna grow old gracefully. I'm gonna go kicking and screaming. I run because I can! Why I started running:  I used to be a gym rat. Then 3 years ago I changed jobs and had a longer commute and got off work later, so had no time to hit the gym on the way home. So I started running at lunchtime, and got hooked.
