About me:  I just started running after finding and completing the C25K on CR. It's only beena little over a year. I'm pretty slow still, but a lot faster than I was originally. I've only done 3 5Ks and 2 5-mile races. Looking forward to getting back out there and "racing" more. Why do I run:  It keeps me healthy, and my legs look hot! Why I started running:  Because I was tired of being fat and out of shape. Now I can't stop!
