Why do I run:  It's an extension of who I am. Running is like oxygen to me... I am emotionally, physically and spiritually addicted to it. :) Why I started running:  As a kid watching Abebe Bikila win the Gold in the 1960 Rome Olympics barefoot inspired me. I was only 4 years old at the time, but I still have a vivid memory of Abebe running.
