About me:  My wife & I are both retired and now we deliver travel trailers and fifth wheels all over the US & Canada. Why do I run:  I like the exercise and als I like to be proactive and keep myself fit, healthy and in shape. Why I started running:  I started running to keep in shape to play squash and then I decided to run a marathon. That was in 1991 and since then I have run 10 maathons including Boston in 1994. I run between 1300 & 1500 miles per year.
