Why do I run:  I don't want to be the fat out of shape dad that can't run around with my kids. Why I started running:  I was doing my 10 minute run/walk warmup on the treadmill before lifting weights, and I saw the 5k button. I didn't know how far a 5k was but thought I'd give it a shot.
