About me:  Christian, loves running, being with family & friends, country music. Why do I run:  It's something that's hard for me to describe, I love the confidence it gives me, de-stress technique, spiritual and it overall makes me feel better inside and out. Why I started running:  Started in a Run/walk clinic, it gave me a boost of confidence to run my first 5K and decided to run after the 10 week clinic is over.
