About me:  I just turned 50. I don't think I look 50, I certainly don't feel 50 and I refuse to act 50! Why do I run:  Stress relief, mental health, physical health, and I love it! Why I started running:  I started dated a gentleman that is a long time runner. He introduced me to this sport and I fell in love with it immediately.
