Why do I run:  Since I started running a couple of years ago, I have continued running so that I don't lose all that I have worked for. If I don't run, I don't feel good. Running used to be a chore, but now, it's a release from the stress and confusion of school and the rest of life. Why I started running:  I started running in 7th grade, although I didn't get into it until the summer before my Junior year. That's when our new XC coach convinced me to start running in the summer.
