About me:  Married and 3 kids. My kids run like the wind. Track and Field, Cross country and they do still wait for dad. :) Why do I run:  So I don't sit on my ass too much. Why I started running:  I sat on my ass too much. I used to, in another lifetime race mountain bikes and bmx. I can't afford breaking any more bones so wife said do something safe. So now I just fall down a lot.
