About me: 
Single mum of two teenage boys (15 and 17yo). I work, study psychology as a hobby and run/strength train/swim/yoga. I bike from March-September.
Why do I run: 
I run cause I love to be out there with my dogs. I enjoy the scenery and the quiet. Most days anyways.
Why I started running: 
I ran when I was in my teens. Don't remember why I stopped. Had bad knees after an accident when I was 25yo and thought I could never run. Then when I was 40yo I wanted to give it a try as an alternative to classes at the gym while recovering from a whiplash. I discovered I could not only run (with proper strength training for the legs) I loved it!
