About me:  Married, Father of two awesome kids. Avid Fly fisherman and born again runner. Why do I run:  For the pure joy of it and for the Warriors coming home who still would if they could. Why I started running:  Originally in the Navy to keep in shape and run races. Ran half marathons and took a stab at a triathalon. Now to get the weight off and change my lifestyle for the better.
