Why do I run:  I run for many reasons, but most of all the overall health improvement. I also run for those who cannot. Why I started running:  I started running as a way to train for a local 10-mile race. Once the race was finished, I kept on running. I set my sights to finish a marathon, and that was accomplished this past October in Chicago. :)
