About me:  A couple of years ago I made up my mind to get in shape and within a year I lost 90 lbs and started running. I realized though that I still have to be very watchful that my old habits of overeating don't come back. Why do I run:  Running makes me feel alive. Why I started running:  It was the best way to get my heart pumping so I started on a treadmill and then braved the great outdoors.
