About me: Former high school XC middle/back-of-the-pack runner (never even took top 7 on a team of 20 or so) who has picked up and dropped running several times over the past 20 years. This year WILL be different. |
Why do I run: To HTFU and lose weight, and get healthy. I want to be around for my wife and kids for a LONG time. To run the NYC Marthon in November. And someday qualify for Boston. |
Why I started running: I started running cross country in high school to prove I wasn't a nerd (or wasn't just a nerd) and liked the physical improvement I saw. |
